Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") sets forth the standards of use of the Crushing Dyslexia Online Service ("Service") provided by Crushing Dyslexia ("Crushing Dyslexia," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our website ("website" or "Site"), you, as the User ("User," "Users," "User's," "you," or "your"), acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and that you accept and agree with them. If this is not the case, you should immediately cease all usage of this website.

We reserve the right, at any time, to change, alter, amend, or update the terms and conditions of this Agreement without prior notice. User Conduct

You may not upload, post, publish, reproduce, transmit, or distribute in any way, any component of the Site itself, or derivative works with respect thereto, since the Site is copyrighted as a collective work under the copyright laws of the United States.

End User License

Copyright Infringement Procedure

Botnets

We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate any accounts involved with botnets and other related activities. If any hostnames are used as command and control points for botnets, we reserve the right to direct the involved hostnames to a honeypot, loopback address, logging facility, or any other destination we choose at our sole discretion.

Other Terms

If any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
